At end of June and the beginning of July 2016, the company METFER TRADING realized the demolition of the rail sidetracks on the premises of Kovohutě Rokycany.
The total length of the rails side track was 1.5 km and the actual demolition took place under really difficult conditions with pouring rain- and thunderstorms, soaking wet soils and incredibly dense vegetation (rain forestry conditions as the pictures reveal). The execution of this demolition project therefore was very demanding and employees had to pay attention to the increased risk of injury or damage to equipment.
